Federico brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in the realms of business development, digitalization, and sustainability strategy implementation.
As the Head of Business Development for CRIF in Asia, Federico has demonstrated remarkable leadership in supporting both financial and non-financial institutions across the region. His role entails overseeing and coordinating teams spread across eight diverse countries and regions, including Japan, Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
Federico’s journey to this esteemed position has been characterized by a strong foundation in Economics, coupled with years of invaluable experience gained from his tenure at consultancy firms. His previous role as a Lead Project Manager for strategic advisory and industry analysis projects equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities of our ever-evolving business landscape.
Over the past seven years at CRIF, Federico has played instrumental roles, from managing international delivery teams for complex IT projects to spearheading efforts in ESG and digital offerings across the Asian market. Notably, his dedication to advancing sustainability agendas is evident in his endeavors in Vietnam, where he has been instrumental in supporting banks and financial institutions in their automation and digitalization processes.
One of Federico’s notable achievements includes the launch and promotion of Synesgy, the ESG Digital Platform, which facilitates ESG self-assessment for Vietnamese companies. Through Synesgy, Federico aims to democratize ESG evaluations, making them accessible and user-friendly for all companies, with a special focus on SMEs.
Federico’s commitment to driving positive change through innovative solutions is truly commendable. His passion for sustainability, coupled with his strategic vision and leadership, will undoubtedly enrich our alliance’s efforts in promoting ESG principles and sustainability practices across industries.
